Hartman House is currently under renovation (completion expected December 2021) and our volunteer needs will change as we approach opening day.

Pickup meals and transport them to the clients. Check in with each client and report client status to the Pathways team.
Each shift is about an hour long.
* Must use personal vehicle.
Keep our Facebook page up-to-date with all the latest details and fundraising events. Write and share informative articles regarding housing, health and wellness, community resources, and other respite-related topics.
Meet with patients and interview them about their medical respite experience. Create informative, inspirational, and/or thought-provoking articles to share on our webpage as well as social media.
Assist in developing fundraising ideas. Collaborate with Pathways to Housing staff to implement fundraising activities. Assist staff with maintaining Donor Database.

We expect renovations to be completed towards the end of 2021 and will need all the help we can get in early 2022 preparing Hartman House for opening day!
As a low-barrier program, we often allow patients to bring their dog(s) with them when admitted to medical respite. However, many of our patients are unable to provide 24/7 care for their animals (i.e. during appointments) so we are searching for someone who would be able to help walk and/or bathe our furry friends on occasion.
